Proud to be a PRO.

combo 1st thing / legit
but when i say 1st thing its more like ~WELL WHAT DO I FEEL IN MY HEART~
CALDWELL I WANT TO SEE YOUR POKEMON NAMES lemme meet dem pokes.

Mix of themer and pro
I’m sorry but who WOULDN’T name their pansage Vegeta its PERFECT

this is adorable

I’m a mix between 4 and 5.

CROSS BETWEEN TWO AND THREE
HOLY FUCK GPOY

my brother is a 3 when he takes over my games sometimes so some of my pokemon have names like Clutch and Heavy Cow, and I’m totally a 4 and 5.

Recently, I’ve been naming all my Pokemon after food… but, it has to be food that they are similar to or remind me of or something.
My team:Bao (Baozi)PringlesSugarCherryGuacamole… and then I have Vent the Garvantula BECAUSE I LOVE MY BOYFRIEND OKAY

Sometimes I name my pokemon after friends and loved ones v n v
In Soul Silver I named a lot of my pokemon after Godzilla Monsters.
My Feraligatr was Godzilla,
Nidoking was Destroyah
Charizard was Rodan I think? I don’t remember
Kabutops Was just Kabutops in lowercase because Kabutops is a badass ok
my Garchomp was Warren
And I cant remember my sixth sob
In White I named them after friends, and gave them Normal names
My Snivy is named Preston
My Krokkorok is Bobo (named after Bobo/bobiebo @tumblr)
my Zebstrika is named Zapra
I didn’t name my Throh because he’s not a team keeper
My Deerling is named Slunk FOR THE SAME REASON AS SHIRO SOB
and my lilipup is named Shwops after Shwoo

I guess I would qualify as a Themer.
Because I give all my Pokemon Japanese names, in different ways:
For Starters and Legendaries, I usually give them names of deities, creatures, items, etc from Japanese mth and legend:
Example:
I named my Snivy “Nagi”, named after the “Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi”, The Grass Cutting Sword.
On Soul Silver, I named my Tododile “Seiryuu”, Named after the Japanese name of the Azure Dragon of the East, from Chinese Legend.
When I had Fire Red, I named my Squirtle “Genbu”, From the Japanese Name of the Black Tortoise of the North, From Chinese Legend.
I name my legendaries a tad differently. I keep the same theme as my starters but I also add names of famous people from Japan, whether myth or historical.
For the Musketeer trio of Unova, I’m naming them after samurai from the Sengoku Period. I named Cobalion “Nagamasa” after Azai Nagamasa, and I named Virizian “Kenshin” after Uesugi Kenshin, and when I catch Terrakion, I’m thinking if I should name him “Ieyasu” or “Tadakatsu”.
And as for the other pokemon, I just name them according to what they are, What they remind me of, or I go for japanese mythical creatures.
I named my Blitzle “Kirin”, after the Japanese name of the chinese “Qulin”.
I named my Ducklett “Asouhiru”, A combination of “sou” a word for Blue, and “ahiru”, word for a domestic duck.
I named my Vanillite “Hakuyuki”, Haku meaning White, and Yuki meaning Snow.

So I guess Themer fits as my catergory, unless there is a 7th Category, called WEEB.
